Bailiwick IT have been my “go to” computer supplier for sometime now. Firstly with my own computer and then with various businesses I work with. I made the change as the previous supplier was very slow and notable to supply what was actually needed. Bailiwick will take time from the initial request to establish what is required , quote for various specifications and once the decision is made, supply promptly, deliver and transfer the data – which is a bonus. The after service is also prompt and helpful.This is from a local business which is what I prefer to deal with.

With an ageing laptop that developed a major problem that I couldn’t sort, a friend suggested I try Joe at Bailiwick IT. I had a very quick response from Joe who arranged a visit. Whilst he managed to resolve the issue, we discussed the age of the machine and that it may be nearing the end of its useful life. Joe discussed the options in detail, and it was agreed that he would investigate suitable replacements, bearing in mind our usage. Within 24hours we had the quotes for a replacement machine at very competitive rates. Within seven days the new machine was installed and all the data transferred.
Some months later a similar situation occurred with our second laptop (they had been bought more or less together) and we went through exactly the same process. Both had been very old in laptop terms, and we had known they wouldn’t last forever.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe at Bailiwick for all your computer issues. We have always received prompt and friendly service and sound advice which has been explained in a way that we ‘non computer’ people could fully understand, and without making us feel embarrassed about our lack of knowledge.

I have had Joe Richards of Bailwick IT to attend to my computer and IT requirements on several occasions. I use both Apple Mac and PC computers and have found Joe to be proficient at working with both platforms. He has serviced my Apple Mac and has also fitted solid drive to one which has improved its performance considerably. My aging PC was in need of replacement and as I needed a bespoke build, to include various items such as firewire connections, two disk drives including a Blue Ray, several card slots, etc., I had Bailwick do the build. A truly excellent job was done and I have been delighted with the new PC.
Additionally, Joe Richards has set up my network system and I am able to address all my peripherals from every computer and mobiles.
I have found the work of Baliwick IT to be totally Professional and reasonably charged and have no hesitation in recommending the services of this company.

We all suffer from time to time with that terrible feeling of frustration or even anger when we press the PC start button and something is not right. The programme will not load, the screen is frozen, the printer will not print, whatever button you press the problem will not go away and a feeling of helplessness takes over.
I cannot count the number of times I have experienced this trauma, but help is at hand; for years I have been picking up the phone and seeking help from Bailiwick Ltd where the calm and re-assuring voice of Joe Richards in plain English offers help.
